Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee in combination with the 2.99% payment processing fee and original shipping costs from the initial order unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by Revolution Golf Cars, LLC.
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped with basic ground shipping. US Mail is our preferred shipping method, but UPS and Fedex are also used for certain items. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the order. Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. If an item is back-ordered, we will provide you with the approximate ship-date on the invoice that will be emailed to you after your order is processed. Expedited shipping is available via phone-in orders.
Terms & Conditions: Revolution Golf Cars sells high quality golf car parts and accessories. By ordering from our website, the customer agrees that they are capable and comfortable installing these items. Revolution Golf Cars will not be held responsible for the actions of a customer who is not qualified to perform such upgrades or repairs to their vehicle. When you purchase an item, you are indicating that you have read the full listing page and understand exactly what you have purchased and how to install it.
Privacy Policy: Revolution Golf Cars collects the personal information of it's buyers via our online check-out page. No other information is obtained from our buyers except for what they submit on the order form. All of our payments are processed safely and securely through WixPay or PayPal. When a transaction is completed through either of these services, Revolution Golf Cars does not have access to any of your credit/debit card information after the sale. The payments are processed exclusively through these third party entities and none of your personal billing information is shared with Revolution Golf Cars with the exception of your name, address, email address, and phone number.
