Please note that a 16 to 12 volt factory converter will not work. It must be designed to convert full pack voltage to 12 volts. We are giving you the option to exclude it from the bundle in case you don't need it.

  • Works with all 2006+ 48 Club Car DS vehicles with the H-Frame design. The H-Frame design was introduced in 2006. It's identified by it's wider spacing between the main frame beams under the seat than it's A-frame predecessor. For identification purposes, the H-frame chassis is equipped with steel off-set (bent) spring shackles in the back of the car, where the A-frame chassis used straight aluminum spring shackles. The factory battery configuration for the H-frame chassis is either four 12 volt lead acid batteries or six 8V lead acid batteries. If you have the six 8V configuration in an H-frame chassis, you will have one battery on the outside of each I-beam and four batteries between the beams. The older A-frame chassis had two batteries on the outside of each frame beam with two batteries between the frame. Please identify your chassis configuration before ordering. If you are unsure, please ask us. We will be glad to help.

The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Please be aware that we sell these items online as well as locally, so it's difficult to maintain accurate available quantity on the online store at all times but we try our best to keep up. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all.
