LEAD TIME INFORMATION:
All All-Sports products are built to order. This item is marked "in-stock" simply to give you the ability to place an order. If we marked it "out-of-stock" you would not be able to order it. Lead times vary depending on the availability of materials and the current work load of All-Sports manufacturing. If you have any questions about lead time, please ask before you place the order. Please understand that Revolution Golf Cars has no control over this lead time, nor can we do anything to change it. We are selling these products faster than they are being built, so the only way to get one is to wait on it. Once an order is placed we will email you a paid copy of your invoice with a ship date that we feel is an accurate estimated guess based on the current situation and lead times that we're seeing with All-Sports. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after you place your order. This does NOT mean that the order has shipped. We suggest setting up text or email alerts with UPS. This way you will know when the item has shipped and is on the way to you.
Please note that item availability is getting better every day since the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020. Our online products are typically in stock and available if they are marked "IN STOCK" in our online store. The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Please be aware that we sell these items online as well as locally, so it's difficult to maintain accurate available quantity on the online store at all times but we try our best to keep up. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you're concerned about the stock status of an item we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the items are available for immediate shipment. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time. Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Lots of our customers have old email addresses attached to their payment accounts and do not receive emails from us because they forget to check their old email account. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee. This is why we strongly recommend that you ask about availability status PRIOR to ordering by texting or emailing us. Please provide the SKU number of the item in your message.
