  • The Navitas DC to AC Conversion Kit for Club Car DS IQ golf cars and is designed for easy installation and increased performance over DC systems. The super-efficient AC system results in longer run times, more torque and faster acceleration. Dealer level app access is available for qualified customers. Email us for details. Designed for 48Volt vehicles only. Replaces Curtis 1510 or 1515 controller. With factory sized tires, expect speeds in the mid to high 20s (MPH) with a 40-50% increase in torque over stock.

    This kit will fit Club Car DS IQ vehicles from 2007 and up. Earlier vehicles were equipped with a different differential that doesn't allow for a long motor such as the Navitas 5KW motor to fit without interfering with the frame and/or shock mount.  However, an early cart with a 6" lift kit should not have an issue. Please measure to make sure you have room to install a motor that is 11 inches long.

     

    DS vehicles with the IQ drive system are easily identifiable by the serial number prefix of "AQ".   If you have a different drive system on your DS, we have IQ conversion kits available to help adapt this kit to your cart. Contact us if you have any questions.

The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you're concerned about the stock status of an item we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the items are available for immediate shipment. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time.  Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee.
