MCOR4 Conversion Kit, for 1980-1995.5 Club Car DS
This kit is intended to be installed on 1980-1995.5 Club Car DS Golf Cars with an aftermarket controller that can read the MCOR4 throttle signal. Please be aware that the drive systems found on these machines from the factory are not able to read the throttle signal from an MCOR4. Minor cutting and drilling is required to adapt this kit to the chassis. Please watch our tutorial video by clicking HERE for step by step instructions on how to adapt this to your chassis.

I understand that this kit is NOT intended to be installed on a 1980-1995.5 Club Car vehicle with a factory controller. I am aware that the throttle signal on these machines is different and that the throttle signal from the MCOR4 will not work with my machine. By placing this order, I agree that I am running this kit on a vehicle with an aftermarket controller that can utilize the 3-wire 5k-0 throttle signal emitted by the MCOR4. I am comfortable cutting and drilling these components as shown in the tutorial video in order to make this kit adaptable to my DS.

    Our online products are typically in stock and available if they are marked "IN STOCK" in our online store. The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Please be aware that we sell these items online as well as locally, so it's difficult to maintain accurate available quantity on the online store at all times but we try our best to keep up. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you're concerned about the stock status of an item we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the items are available for immediate shipment. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time.  Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Lots of our customers have old email addresses attached to their payment accounts and do not receive emails from us because they forget to check their old email account. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee. This is why we strongly recommend that you ask about availability status PRIOR to ordering by texting or emailing us. Please provide the SKU number of the item in your message.     Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee in combination with the 3.99% payment processing fee and original shipping costs from the initial order unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by Revolution Golf Cars, LLC.
    Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped with basic ground shipping. US Mail is our preferred shipping method, but UPS and Fedex are also used for certain items. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the order. Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. If an item is back-ordered, we will provide you with the approximate ship-date on the invoice that will be emailed to you after your order is processed. Expedited shipping is available via phone-in orders. please note that the shipping calculator on our website will not accurately figure freight costs to hawaii or alaska, therefore we will automatically cancel any online order received from either of these two states unless it is small enough to fit in a USPS flat rate box. heavy items that are going to hawaii and alaska will have to be ordered via phone or email. this also applies to any shipment to any country outside of the usa.

By ordering from our website, the customer agrees that they are capable and comfortable installing these items. Revolution Golf Cars will not be held responsible for the actions of a customer who is not qualified to perform such upgrades or repairs to their vehicle.  When you purchase an item, you are indicating that you have read the full listing page and understand exactly what you have purchased and how to install it.
    Privacy Policy: Revolution Golf Cars collects the personal information of it's buyers via our online check-out page. No other information is obtained from our buyers except for what they submit on the order form. All of our payments are processed safely and securely through Wix Payment processing or PayPal. When a transaction is completed through either of these services, Revolution Golf Cars does not have access to any of your credit/debit card information after the sale. The payments are processed exclusively through these third party entities and none of your personal billing information is shared with Revolution Golf Cars with the exception of your name, address, email address, and phone number.
