The 850 Amp, 7.5Kw Navitas DC to AC Conversion Kit is designed for extreme performance.  With an operating voltage of 48 to 72 volts, this system will provide more torque, faster acceleration, and a faster top speed than any of the earlier Navitas AC conversions. Advanced level app access is available for registered users of the Navitas dashboard app. Designed for Club Car Precedent, Tempo, and Onward vehicles. Also designed to fit the E-Z-GO TXT48 that was originally a 48 Volt system from the factory. Replaces Curtis 1510 or 1515 controller on a Club Car or a 1206HB controller on an E-Z-GO TXT48. With factory sized tires, expect speeds of 25MPH with default controller settings. Settings can be tweaked via the Navitas Dashboard bluetooth app at your own risk for extreme performance..

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be aware that this kit is for off-road / extreme performance. This kit is NOT intended for use on a daily driven neighborhood cruiser. There is no hardware or mounting kit included with this controller. It is the responsibility of the customer to figure out how to mount this controller. It is much larger than the factory controller and requires some mechanical skill and strategy to make it fit. By ordering this kit from our online store you acknowledge that you understand this and agree to install it at your own risk. Revolution Golf Cars assumes no liability for any damages or injuries that occur from installing this high performance package on your vehicle.  You will have to agree to these terms before our site will allow you to order this item.
 
 
Please note that the 7.5kw motor will not fit on a non lifted 2004-2005 Precedent or any year non lifted Club Car DS unless it has the 2006 or newer transaxle (part number 102771701 found on passenger side axle tube). The earlier differential can be used if you're willing to install a 6 inch lift kit and remove or relocate the passenger side shock. We have new differential options if you're interested in that. Just contact us. The 4kw motor will have no clearance issues on a non-lifted or a lifted DS or Precedent regardless of year.

    Our online products are typically in stock and available if they are marked "IN STOCK" in our online store. The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Please be aware that we sell these items online as well as locally, so it's difficult to maintain accurate available quantity on the online store at all times but we try our best to keep up. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you're concerned about the stock status of an item we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the items are available for immediate shipment. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time.  Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Lots of our customers have old email addresses attached to their payment accounts and do not receive emails from us because they forget to check their old email account. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee. This is why we strongly recommend that you ask about availability status PRIOR to ordering by texting or emailing us. Please provide the SKU number of the item in your message.     Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee in combination with the 3.99% payment processing fee and original shipping costs from the initial order unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by Revolution Golf Cars, LLC.
    Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped with basic ground shipping. US Mail is our preferred shipping method, but UPS and Fedex are also used for certain items. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the order. Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. If an item is back-ordered, we will provide you with the approximate ship-date on the invoice that will be emailed to you after your order is processed. Expedited shipping is available via phone-in orders. please note that the shipping calculator on our website will not accurately figure freight costs to hawaii or alaska, therefore we will automatically cancel any online order received from either of these two states unless it is small enough to fit in a USPS flat rate box. heavy items that are going to hawaii and alaska will have to be ordered via phone or email. this also applies to any shipment to any country outside of the usa.
