This kit comes with all of the necessary parts and hardware to convert your old style Ross-Box style steering on your 1980-1983 Club Car DS to the Rack & Pinion style steering used from 1984 and up.
 
This kit is compiled of 100% genuine OEM parts. No cheap aftermarket components at all.

NOTE: A Steering Wheel is necessary for this conversion kit. We have plenty of steering wheels in our store. Due to the overwhelming amount of different steering wheels available, we did not include one in this kit. The steering wheel from your 1980-1983 DS will NOT fit the splines on the new steering column. You will need to order a steering wheel (and adapter for some models) for a 1984 and newer Club Car DS.  These can be seen HERE

    Our online products are typically in stock and available if they are marked "IN STOCK" in our online store. The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Please be aware that we sell these items online as well as locally, so it's difficult to maintain accurate available quantity on the online store at all times but we try our best to keep up. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you're concerned about the stock status of an item we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the items are available for immediate shipment. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time.  Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Lots of our customers have old email addresses attached to their payment accounts and do not receive emails from us because they forget to check their old email account. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee. This is why we strongly recommend that you ask about availability status PRIOR to ordering by texting or emailing us. Please provide the SKU number of the item in your message.     Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee in combination with the 3.99% payment processing fee and original shipping costs from the initial order unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by Revolution Golf Cars, LLC.
    Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped with basic ground shipping. US Mail is our preferred shipping method, but UPS and Fedex are also used for certain items. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the order. Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. If an item is back-ordered, we will provide you with the approximate ship-date on the invoice that will be emailed to you after your order is processed. Expedited shipping is available via phone-in orders. please note that the shipping calculator on our website will not accurately figure freight costs to hawaii or alaska, therefore we will automatically cancel any online order received from either of these two states unless it is small enough to fit in a USPS flat rate box. heavy items that are going to hawaii and alaska will have to be ordered via phone or email. this also applies to any shipment to any country outside of the usa.

By ordering from our website, the customer agrees that they are capable and comfortable installing these items. Revolution Golf Cars will not be held responsible for the actions of a customer who is not qualified to perform such upgrades or repairs to their vehicle.  When you purchase an item, you are indicating that you have read the full listing page and understand exactly what you have purchased and how to install it.
    Privacy Policy: Revolution Golf Cars collects the personal information of it's buyers via our online check-out page. No other information is obtained from our buyers except for what they submit on the order form. All of our payments are processed safely and securely through Wix Payment processing or PayPal. When a transaction is completed through either of these services, Revolution Golf Cars does not have access to any of your credit/debit card information after the sale.
