Upgrade your Club Car DS resistor cart or rolling chassis with our Premium Solid State Conversion Kit, featuring the powerful EB POWER AC-Drive System and all of the additional parts needed to convert your throttle system to a modern MCOR4 setup.
 
This package is designed to take the guesswork out of converting an older resistor-style Club Car to a high-performance solid state AC-drive system. Instead of piecing everything together separately, we’ve bundled the EB POWER AC kit with the throttle conversion components needed to get your cart properly updated and ready for modern performance.
 
EB POWER AC-Drive System Includes:
  • AC motor
  • Controller
  • Main wire harness
  • Forward/reverse switch
  • Solenoid
  • Battery and motor cables
  • Tow/run switch
  • Controller mounting plate
  • Three-mode switch for toggling between three programmable drive profiles
 
The included three-mode switch allows you to select between three programmable driving profiles, giving you the ability to fine-tune the cart for different driving styles, terrain, or performance needs.
The EB POWER controller also features built-in Bluetooth programming and diagnostics, allowing you to connect through the EB POWER app for controller setup, adjustments, and system diagnostics.
 
Battery Compatibility
This system is designed to operate on 48–72 volts and will NOT work with a 36-volt system.
It is compatible with both lead acid and lithium batteries. If you are using an Eco Battery brand lithium battery, battery data will sync directly into the EB POWER app, giving you integrated access to battery information along with the drive system data.
If you are using another brand of lithium battery or a lead acid battery pack, the system will still work properly, but you will not have battery data integration inside the EB POWER app.
Lead Acid Battery Cable Note:
This kit is designed primarily around a single lithium battery setup, so it only includes the main positive and negative battery cables. If you are installing this system on a lead acid cart, you will need to upgrade the battery-to-battery jumper cables to 2 gauge cables. You will also be required to mount the controller mounting plate in an alternate location, as this system is intended to be mounted in the battery tray when used with lithium. 
 
MCOR4 Throttle Conversion Parts Included
In addition to the EB POWER AC-Drive System, this Premium Kit includes the extra parts required to convert your older resistor cart or rolling chassis to an MCOR4 throttle system.
Included MCOR4 conversion components:
  • Factory MCOR4 throttle
  • MCOR4 wire adapter
  • MCOR4 mounting hardware
  • Pivot rod
  • Accelerator bearing and bracket assemblies
  • Hill brake rod for 1980–1995.5 models
 
Important Fitment Note:
1980–1995.5 models require the included hill brake rod.
1996 and newer models do not require the hill brake rod to be changed because they already came with the newer-style hill brake rod from the factory.

EB POWER Kit Options
This Premium Solid State Conversion Kit is available in three different EB POWER AC-drive combinations:
 
350A Controller / 4kW Motor
This package packs a powerful punch and is the correct choice for non-lifted stock golf carts or mildly lifted carts used primarily on flat terrain. It delivers a major improvement over the original resistor drive system while still fitting non-lifted vehicles without frame clearance issues.
 
450A Controller / 5kW Motor
Requires a 6-inch lift kit for motor clearance.
The 450A/5kW package adds even more power and performance. This is an extremely powerful system that works well across a wide range of terrain and is a great choice for customers wanting strong torque, better acceleration, and excellent drivability.
 
600A Controller / 5kW Motor
Requires a 6-inch lift kit for motor clearance.
The 600A/5kW package is absolutely insane. Crazy torque, crazy speed, and an all-around blast to drive. This is the top-tier option for customers who want maximum performance from their AC-drive conversion.
 
Important 5kW Motor Clearance Notice
Because the 450A/5kW and 600A/5kW packages require a 6-inch lift kit for the 5kW motor to clear the frame, non-lifted vehicles must use the 350A/4kW package, or the differential must be swapped to a newer-style Graziano differential. The Graziano differential is available in our online store under the Motor and Drivetrain section.

Our online products are typically in stock and available if they are marked "IN STOCK" in our online store. The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Please be aware that we sell these items online as well as locally, so it's difficult to maintain accurate available quantity on the online store at all times but we try our best to keep up. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you're concerned about the stock status of an item we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to ordering to ensure that the items are available for immediate shipment. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time.  Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Lots of our customers have old email addresses attached to their payment accounts and do not receive emails from us because they forget to check their old email account. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee. This is why we strongly recommend that you ask about availability status PRIOR to ordering by texting or emailing us. Please provide the SKU number of the item in your message. Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Warranty length varies by manufacturer. All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee in combination with the 3.99% payment processing fee and original shipping costs from the initial order unless the item is being returned due to a mistake by Revolution Golf Cars, LLC.
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped with basic ground shipping. US Mail is our preferred shipping method, but UPS and Fedex are also used for certain items. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the order. Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. If an item is back-ordered, we will provide you with the approximate ship-date on the invoice that will be emailed to you after your order is processed. Expedited shipping is available via phone-in orders. please note that the shipping calculator on our website will not accurately figure freight costs to hawaii or alaska, therefore we will automatically cancel any online order received from either of these two states unless it is small enough to fit in a USPS flat rate box. heavy items that are going to hawaii and alaska will have to be ordered via phone or email. this also applies to any shipment to any country outside of the usa.
