SW202 Lever to Rocker Conversion Kit
The SW202 conversion kit is designed for those who upgrade their series cars to a high performance motor and controller. The SW202 contactor replaces the lever style F&R switch with a new style rocker style switch in a Club Car DS style housing.  This housing can be mounted on any cart, not just a DS.  This is a universal kit.  Wiring is not included, but a wiring diagram is.

    For instance, if you have a 48 volt cart your coil voltage is 48.  The coil voltage refers to the voltage that you are providing to the small terminals on the contactor to engage it. 

     

    NOTE: The SW202 uses 3/8" lugs on the four large terminals.  You need to ensure that you have the correct size terminals on the ends of your four high-power cables in order to bolt them up to the SW202.

The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you. Certain items may also be shipped directly from the vendors to you without delaying your order arrival at all. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock you will be notified via email within 24 hours and an estimated ship date (shown on your emailed invoice) will be provided to you at that time.  Please make sure the email address associated with your payment matches the email address that you currently use. Lots of our customers have old email addresses attached to their payment accounts and do not receive emails from us because they forget to check their old email account. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal or Credit Card processing fee. This is why we strongly recommend that you ask about availability status PRIOR to ordering by texting or emailing us. Please provide the SKU number of the item in your message.
