Do you have an old and outdated series-drive, PDS, or DCS system on your E-Z-GO TXT?  But do you crave the performance of an AC-Conversion package such as the Navitas TAC system or the Alltrax AC1?  Maybe you're just looking to convert the cart to 48 volts and run a more efficient system than the original system.  Once this kit is installed on your vehicle, you can use any motor and controller package that is built to be used on the modern TXT48 platform. 
 
Not sure which system you have?
  • Series cars have a lever operated forward/reverse switch mounted on the body and do NOT have a tow/run switch on the controller cover under the seat. The back of the F&R switch will have a metal rod running down into the floor of the battery compartment to the F&R switching mechanism.
 
  • DCS cars have a lever operated forward/reverse switch mounted on the body and will be equipped with a Tow/Run switch on the controller cover under the seat. The back of the F&R switch has a grey disc that resembles a hockey puck with two micro switches mounted to it.
 
  • PDS cars are essentially the same as a TXT48, meaning that they already have a tow/run switch under the seat and they already have a rocker style F&R switch.  On a PDS car, the rocker switch will be mounted on the dash.  For this application, you will be required to extend the three F&R switch wires to your dash. This will allow you to keep the existing F&R switch after you do the conversion. You may also keep the factory tow/run switch, which will plug directly into the new TXT48 harness.

The only reason an item would be marked "OUT OF STOCK" is if we know for a fact that there is a long-term back-order situation on that particular item and we do not know when we will be receiving it. Typically if we do not have an item in stock, it can be received locally from our vendors in 1-2 days before it ships to you.
