Package Details:

As a general rule of thumb, the motor and total battery voltage determines the speed of a vehicle with a Sepex drive system such as a Club Car DS IQ, not the size of the controller. Speed can be gained by replacing a factory controller with an aftermarket controller simply because the aftermarket controllers are not pre-programmed to limit your vehicle to golf course speeds.  Factory controllers, although capable of producing more speed, will limit the top speed of the vehicle to a pre-determined RPM. Aftermarket controller such as Alltrax and Navitas controllers will do the same thing, but you get to decide the max RPM. You get to decide the top speed in which the controller will allow the motor to run. All of our controllers are programmable with either a laptop PC or a Bluetooth App. As for motors, when you add a high speed motor to a system you typically lose torque unless you upgrade the controller to a higher amperage. Higher amps will give you more torque. Some of our combos will use the same components except for the controller. The package with the highest amperage controller rating will provide the most torque. The speed will be the same between these packages consisting of the same motor. The opposite effect can be expected when adding a high torque motor. Our high torque motors will give you more speed than a factory motor/controller setup but nowhere near the speed of our high speed motors. They require the most powerful controllers in our store to feed these monsters. They are very powerful motors and are built for heavy duty usage on rough terrain. Big controllers are a MUST for a high torque motor. Adding a controller of higher amperage also requires upgrading the power delivery system. The cables and solenoid are crucial components in the power delivery system. The bigger the controller, the bigger the cables and solenoid need to be. Level 1: Alltrax XCT 300 Amp Controller; This package is very basic, but will provide a nice boost in speed and torque over the stock configuration.  Will work with the factory motor

Level 2: Alltrax XCT 400 Amp Controller, moderate boost in power over stock. Nice boost in speed as well. This kit is perfect for those who want to upgrade their cart with a potential motor upgrade in their future. Works great with the factory motor. This package does not come with a motor, but any aftermarket motor can easily be added to your golf car in the future.  All you would have to do is install the new motor and update your controller settings with the correct field map.  We can provide this file.

Level 2B:  Navitas 440 Amp Controller, On-The-Fly Programmer, 4 Gauge Cable Set, 200 Amp Solenoid & Diode; Big boost in power over stock. Nice boost in speed as well. This kit is perfect for those who want to upgrade their cart with a potential motor upgrade in their future. Works great with the factory motor. This package does not come with a motor, but any compatible aftermarket motor can easily be added to your golf car in the future.  All you would have to do is install the new motor and update your controller settings with the Navitas Dashboard app.  NOTE: We DO NOT recommend using this package with the factory GE Motor

 

Level 2 Plus: Same as level 2 but with a 500 amp controller instead of a 400 amp controller. As with level 2, this kit is for those who have intentions of getting a high performance motor in the future.

Level 2B Plus: Same as level 2B, but with a 600 amp Navitas controller instead of a 440. Can be used with the factory ADC/AMD motor. Not recommended with the GE motor.

Level 3: Alltrax XCT 400 Amp Controller, Choice of D&D, Admiral, or FSIP High Speed Motor; Mild torque increase over stock. Huge boost in speed. This kit is perfect for those who want to go fast but don't need a 500 amp controller because they're riding in a neighborhood or on flat terrain 100% of the time.
 

Level 3B: Navitas TSX 440 Amp Controller with OTF Programmer, Choice of D&D, Admiral, or FSIP High Speed Motor; Mild torque increase over stock. Huge boost in speed. This kit is perfect for those who want to go fast but don't need a 500 amp controller because they're riding in a neighborhood or on flat terrain 100% of the time.

 

Level 4: Alltrax XCT 500 Amp Controller. Your choice of a D&D, Admiral, or FSIP High Speed Motor; Big boost in torque and speed over stock. Will give you the same speed as the level 3 kit, but with added torque for hill climbing and light off-roading. This kit is better for lifted vehicles than the level 3 package. Not designed for exclusive off-road or heavy duty use.

Level 4B: Navitas 600 Amp Controller, On-The-Fly Programmer, Your choice of a D&D, Admiral, or FSIP High Speed Motor; Big boost in torque and speed over stock. Will give you the same speed as the level 3 kit, but with added torque for hill climbing and light off-roading. This kit is better for lifted vehicles than the level 3b package. Not designed for exclusive off-road or heavy duty use.

It's for those who love torque but don't want to sacrifice a lot of speed to gain it.  Nice top speeds with TONS of torque to do anything you need to do. Won't fit 2006 and earlier vehicles unless lift kit is installed. Motor is too long.

Level 5B: Navitas TSX 600 Amp Controller and OTF Programmer, Choice of D&D, Admiral, or FSIP High Torque Motor; Huge boost in torque over stock. Nice boost in speed as well. This is our hunting package. It's for those who love torque but don't want to sacrifice a lot of speed to gain it.  Nice top speeds with TONS of torque to do anything you need to do. Won't fit 2006 and earlier vehicles unless lift kit is installed. Motor is too long.

Level 6: Navitas 440Amp AC-Drive Conversion Kit, Includes 4kw motor, Speeds 25+ MPH with added efficiency over DC systems. This system is recommended for non lifted golf cars used on flat terrain

Level 7: Navitas 600Amp AC-Drive Conversion Kit, Includes 4kw motor, Speeds 25+ MPH with added efficiency over DC systems. This system is recommended for lifted or non lifted golf cars used on flat terrain or mild hills.

Level 8: Navitas 600Amp AC-Drive Conversion Kit, Includes 5kw motor, Speeds 25+ MPH with added efficiency over DC systems. This system is suitable for use on non lifted or lifted vehicles in flat or hilly terrain. This is the most powerful system we offer. 5kw motor won't fit on non lifted vehicles prior to 2007 without an axle swap. Passenger side shock absorber must be removed or relocated on earlier non lifted models in order for the motor to fit.

Level 8B: Same as level 8, but adds a set of Graziano axles and axle tubes. Use this kit when installing the 5kw motor in a Non-Lifted vehicle.
